How do I get in contact with EBMTSHARE member support?

2. What if I am NOT an EBMT member - can I still have access to EBMTSHARE?

- You need to become an EBMT member to receive log-in credentials in order to use the EBMTSHARE platform. To become a member contact member support by opening the link above.

3. I have not received my username/password can you please help?

- If you have not received your log-in credentials via email then the fastest way to obtain them is to contact member support by opening the link above.

4. I got an error message from Google saying "Wrong password" (see first example below) what should I do?

- If your password is not working and you have received an error message like the first example below then we advise you to reset your password. You can try to resolve this issue by yourself through one of two following ways:
  1. 1. First click the option "Forgot password?" (see first photo).
      1. Now you can try to recover your account by entering an old password (see second photo).
    2. Or after you can click "Try another way". Google will then ask you to enter your registered recovery email address (see third photo) to send a verification code. This should be your current job/personal email address. If you need help completing this step proceed to FAQ #5.
- If your log-in attempt following any of the two options is unsuccessful then you will be prompted by Google that they "Couldn't sign you in" (see fourth photo).
- At this point it advisable to contact us.

5. I have forgotten my password and I have tried to send a verification code to my recovery email account but the verification code has not arrived. What should I do now?

- This situation is probably occuring because you have an outdated email address associated within the EBMT Membership database (i.e. It could be your email associated with your old employer.) and therefore the registered recovery email address you sent the verification code to is not accessible.
- Confirm that your recovery email address is NOT your current job/personal email and proceed to contact EBMTSHARE member support.

6. I received an error message saying "Couldn't find your Google Account" (see the example below). How can I login?

- You should contact EBMTSHARE member support to correct this situation.

7. I got an error message with Google "Code 404" (see final example below) after trying to log-in. How can I avoid this?

- If you receive this error that means you are NOT trying to log in with your EBMTSHARE account credentials (i.e. john.smith@ebmtshare.org)
  1. 1. It is possible you are trying to log-in with your personal account (i.e. jsmith@gmail.com)
    2. It is possible you are already logged in to a seperate Google Account in a separate tab or separate window.
- You need to log-out of all other Google Accounts or reopen ebmtshare.org in a new window and try to log in again with your EBMTSHARE account.

8. I have successfully logged in but now I cannot see the right information in my EBMTSHARE account, instead I see my personal account information. Why is this?

- To avoid problems with other sessions in your browser, open a new Incognito window in your browser and repeat the log-in process. This ought to correct the problem and display the right information.
